Mair for Model Number thermador c302us
Answer Hello Mair. Test and see if there is power coming to the control board power/relay 486909. If so, and nothing is working, you will need to order and replace the board in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
Please help! I just purchased a mother board and it's not working either. It still doesn't heat up. Any suggestions?

Answer Hello Donna,
Since I have no model number to look up a diagram with, I'll just go from memory. I don't believe there is a high temperature thermostat or a thermal cut-out on these. What you need to do first is go to the breaker box and turn the breaker off then back on, in case one side of the breaker is tripped. If this doesn't do it, you can check the junction box for burned wire nuts or open the control board and test for 240Vac. There should be 240Vac to the relay board that is inside the unit. If there is, the relay board is the component requiring replacement. If there isn't, you need to send me the model number so I can research and pull a diagram to help you troubleshoot.
