Are the parts on this model the same as cm302s? I cant seem to locate cm302u. I have the wiring diagram that was inside of the oven control area that says cm302U.

Answer Hello. With the exception of the colored parts, (i.e. white, stainless, black, etc..), the parts are all the same. I didn't find a CM302U so I'm not sure why it says this on your diagram unless that is actually a literature number for the diagram on this series. I hope you find this useful and have a great day!
The relay control board AP2836641 in our Thermador oven keeps failing in the same way. That is, the upper oven will not work in the "Bake" mode, but all the other cooking modes work. The lower over oven works fine. It appears to be the same relay on the module that keeps failing. Can the bad relay be replaced on the module or are there any other ideas on how to deal with this problem?

Answer Hi Jack. I have researched your model and have no bulletens on your control board. However it reminds me to wonder about possibly too much amp draw on your bake element. Or Are the wires not tight enough on the bake element? This part # is 440215. Since you have to dismantle the unit for another repair, I would consider replacing the element along with the control board part # 486911. Thank you.
