When I turn on small oven, the green light is on for about 1 minutes then off. The green light on the main oven is immediately on and the flashing for a few seconds the off. There is no flame but smell of gas. Can you tell me what was wrong and how to fix it? Thanks

My house lost the neutral from the service and fed my appliances with 220v. The xlo burners won't light and the oven won't go on. What transformers and/or boards should I look to replace?

Both of our XLO burners on the left does not spark or get gas. The rest of the 4 normal burners work perfectly fine. The burner light also remains lit no matter what. But when I turn a knob on the 4 normal burners all 6 burners spark like they should. Only when I turn either XLO knobs that nothing happens, no gas and no spark (on any burner). Thanks, Alex

Have a Thermador model PRG366EH range. The two left side simmer burners light but the burners turn off and then relight even when the knobs are not in the low position. Both burners worked before but both started to exhibit this problem simultaneously today which seems to indicate a problem common with both of the burners. The other four burners work properly.

When one burner is in operation, we will get sparking at another burner even though it is turned off. No gas flows so there is no light-off. Sparking is intermittent and happens mainly to the two center burners. When one of the center burners is on it will also spark.
