Answer Hello Richard, If you have a wet-vac, remove the screens and the torx headed screws to access the pump impeller. Use the wet-vac in this area to remove the glass chips.

Answer Hello Michael. There should be a clip on the terminal of the wire. You will bend it out to catch inside the connector. Then insert the wire and terminal into the connector until the clip snaps into place.
