The baking element on my Thermodor Model MSC 18-4 burned out. I had received replacement #00367643 element but the connections on the new element are not the same as the ones on the old element. The old element has rectangular plates with a threaded hole in the middle which is connected with a screw to the plate on the wires coming through the back wall. The new element has a smaller plate at the ends of the element and a tiny plain hole in the middle. Is there a different part # for my oven element that matches my old element connections? My oven is probably over 15 - 20 years old and Bosch doesn't make parts for one this old. If nobody has a matching element lying around. Otherwise, maybe I can find somebody to unsolder the old and new ends and solder the old ends onto the new element.???

How do I tell which element I need? Appears upper and lower ovens are same size. When I plug in model number, it shows more than one choice for elements. Also, why does it say Bosch ?
