I bought the broil heat element and replaced it. This was very easy. After getting installed, the element new element did not work so I checked to see if I was getting power to the element with my meter. I am getting power. Could it be a bad element? Looked it over really close no breaks looks great so what should I check next.

I'm buying a broil element for the above oven, part 367647. I'm wondering if I simply unscrew and pull the old element out and then replug the new element and screw it in? Or, is it more complicated than that? Thank you for your help.
