One of the control panel black buttons popped off. On examination, one of the two black 'teeth' on the inside that the button is secured with is broken. Is the part I will need the fascia? #361362. Or is it something else? Thanks

The model tag one the inside of the door has a barely visible model number on it. The washer was built in with the new house in 1999, is a Stainless Steel model with 8 function buttons, 110v-60hz. I note on your website that there appear to be several different versions 06(FD7705-7912), 11(FD8001-8003) and 12(FD8003-?). I am unable to determine which of the 3 is my model. It might not matter since the Part I am looking for is the Fascia Panels Inside Black ABS plastic piece containing the function buttons. I do not see a specific part # for just the ABS part even though it appears that it is easily removed and replaced by bending the SS tabs out of the outer cover. Hard to believe I have to purchase the whole stainless steel Fascia just because my little plastic tabs holding the cover on have broken. Questions: 1) What is the difference between the models 06, 11, 12? 2) Can I order just the ABS part or am I required to order the whole stainless steel Fascia with the ABS piece already installed?

My fascia panel does is not secure. I am quite mechanical and am baffled. Removing and inspecting the piece it appears to be fine. The interior plastic portion shows no signs of cracks or any piece missing. The fascia just doesn't fit snug. I don't know if the panel is the problem...(Approximately $175.00) or if it is the fascia frame...($20.00). Please help,,,,,thanks Dan
