Answer Hello Jeff. Check and make sure the float is not stuck up in the unit. If the float is good and working properly, and there is no power coming to the water valve, you will need to replace the control module in the unit.

Answer Hi Dumpsterdiva. The red float shaft part # 263122. The Float lever switch is part # 263123. The float disc is part # 165301. All cheap replaceable parts which activate the drain pump. Clean up all the water and use dishwasher magic part # TJ104, monthly to keep the unit efficient. Thank You.

Answer Mike, Yes you will need to remove the kick plate and check the float switch shaft 263122 float switch lever 263123 and switch 165256 or the Level Switch Assembly - Water level regulator 263185 Thanks and Good Luck

Answer Hello Joann. If you remove the side access panel on the left side facing the dishwasher, you can access and replace the float assembly 165301. The base assembly of the dishwasher is the bottom part on the dishwasher that sits on the floor. If there is water in there, then you have a leak. Hope this helps.
