Where can I find my model number?

First thing we noticed: it pumps water out for a short (3 to 4 seconds) time then stops a short time then pumps again,some times all night. Now it does the same thing but has over flowed out the front door, this time he had to turn the water off to get it to stop. Doyou think it is relay or fill switch? is there anything else could cause this and where are these parts located to check.? Thanks

Unit not draining, water pumps when running during wash cycle.

Answer Hello Randy. Check and see if the drain hose is clogged. If it is clear, you will want to check the drain pump for debris. If the pump is clear, and there is power coming to the pump during drain, you will need to replace the pump assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. The cycle is not advancing past the initial pump out. The control has been changed. I suspect the float switch, how do I get to it and how do I test it?
