I do I remove the existing broken oven glass and replace with a new OEM glass door panel?
To replace the glass panel you will need to remove the door. To remove the door you will pull the oven out of its mounting location so that you can access the left and right hinge pocket covers. Remove the screws from the left and right hinge pocket covers and remove the covers. Remove the locking screw from each of the hinges. Fully Open the door. Raise the Uclip over the hook on each of the hinges to lock them. This will prevent the hinge from snapping closed when door is removed. Grasp the oven door by the sides near the top and carefully close until the hook in the hinge contacts the hinge support (Approximately 3/4 of the way). You will feel some spring resistance while you do this which is normal. Gently lean against the top of door to hold it in position, and grasp the door firmly by the sides approximately 2/3 of the way down, then open the door slightly and lift it until the hinges are free of the frame supports. Pull the hinges out of the oven slots and remove the door.
To remove the glass, lay door on a padded surface with the bottom edge facing you. Remove the two bottom edge screws and the two top screws from the liner. This will separate the glass and liner sections of the door. Lift the door liner assembly off the door glass assembly and set the liner aside. To remove the door handle, remove the hex-head screws from the left and right handle brackets and remove the brackets and handle from glass. Remove the 4 screws from the left and right glass support brackets and remove the brackets. Rotate the top door trim w/end caps back and remove it from the top of the door. Reinstall in reverse.
