Answer Hello D.J., If the screws holding the receivers and hinges to the door and the body are tight, I would suspect that the unit has been self-cleaned more than once. The intense heat produced by the self-clean cycle affects the rigidity of the steel and will cause variations in the way the metal parts of the unit fit together. The door hinges probably need to be replaced to correct the issue.
