I ordered a burner control knob for a Thermidor 30" gas range. It fits perfectly but the visual white "ON" mark is now pointing in the wrong direction. Can anything be done about this?

Answer Hi Michael. Not having your model #, I used the model # to get some burner knobs for a 30" Thermadore range. This is what I have come up with. Griddle control knob part # 415115 it does not have a indicator pointer but just a notched out edge that indicates the 12:00 position. It also appears to The standard burner knob is part # 415111. The simmer knob is part # 415112. They all do not have any indicator marks. They all position at the 12:00 position with the burner valve shaft flat "D" shaft at the 6:00 position. Thank You.
