Dog climbed on the open door of the dishwasher and now it just falls open when unlatched. Which part(s) do I need to fix this?

Answer Hello Ron. Check and see if the rope 165298 is broke or the spring. If it is the rope, the part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.
