Answer Hello Ruth! Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide the information as to what their parts are made out of. You can clean the pan with warm water and soap. You can also use soft scrub or a product called bar keepers friend. Once there is a spill over on the product the manufacturer suggests that it be cleaned once the unit is not in use. Thanks.
