My dishwasher makes a louder noise during the wash cycle. I noticed there is no water being sprayed through the wands. I have taken apart the filters, the plastic caps to the washer wands, and checked to see if the pump free spins. All seems OK. Checked the pump and it does kick in and run. I took the hoses off the side of the unit and all are clear and no obstructions in the plastic housing the 3 tubes connect to. What else should I look for?

Hi, I have a Bosch dishwasher model SHU9925 UC/12. When the wash cycle finished, there are water left in the washer above the filter screen. When I ran a cancel drain cycle, I noticed that there is water draining out from the washer but at the end there still water left over. What part maybe broken that I need to replace? I already check the drain hose and it’s fine, I also checked and cleaned the pressure chamber and water inlet system and they all look fine. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. FL

I am not talking about water in the dishwasher itself, but in the pan below. One of your answers states that the float will start the pump running, which it does, but it does not evacuate the water because there is no way to do so. The pump works perfectly fine evacuating the water inside the dishwasher. There is no debris or clogs, so I plugged up the predrilled overfill hole in the water inlet chamber, and so far that solved the problem. Any comments?

Latest Questions

How does the water in the plastic pan get pumped out, if at all? In my case, the water just sits there, and the pump is running. The water comes from the overfill hole of the water inlet chamber.

Is this pump also supposed to evacuate water that accumulates in the plastic pan below the dishwasher stainless steel enclosure?
