I have a Bosch washer and would like to know if the water level switch can be adjusted to allow more water to come into the drum. I have seen websites on the internet, that show how to tighten a screw the the water regulator to have more water come in. Repairman have told me no , that it cannot be done.

Answer Yvonne, This is NOT a reccomended repair or solution to your issue. Manufacturers and most servicers, will not authorize or adjust, water level switches. Due to the possibility of a flood situation, and most companies will not take on the "liabilities" involved in such a repair. If you need to increase the water level, you'll need to replace the parts involved, or change your sorting and loading practices.
