I have a Bosch DW that gets stuck on the wash cycle. I replaced the timer, but still no change. The water is no heating. Is the high limit thermo? I did not test the heat element with a meter, but it is in tack. No breaks or chips.

You will want to check the heater to make sure that it has continuity. You will also want to check your wiring on the left side of unit going into door for breaks and check for continuity on the wires. If the unit is not heating the timer will not advance. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
