The timer is stuck on the wash and will just spray water and not stop? Will not change even if you change cycles.
It sounds like you would need to replace the timer of the unit as it sounds like the contacts are stuck. We would need the model number to be able to look up parts for the unit to get the correct timer.
The spray arms do not turn but water comes out. The water is hot. The pump works in the drain cycle. I checked the spray arms and they are not clogged. Could the timer module or control module be the problem?
Answer Hello Phil. You may have a bad circulation pump or low water pressure due to low water in the unit. Make sure all filters are clean first. Then check and make sure the unit is filling properly. If not, you will need to replace the water valve on the unit. If water level and filters are good, and the spray arms are good, replace the circulation pump motor. The model number provided is not working to look up parts.
