The dishwasher stops after each cycle. I rotated it to dry and it did nt dry. I was thinking of replacing the timer until I seen the cycling thermostat. Which one do you think it may be?

The timer is stuck on the wash and will just spray water and not stop? Will not change even if you change cycles.

The spray arms do not turn but water comes out. The water is hot. The pump works in the drain cycle. I checked the spray arms and they are not clogged. Could the timer module or control module be the problem?

Latest Questions

Heater not working on the unit. I replaced thermostats. Now it seems timer gets stuck, though the heater now seems to heat up water and to dry dishes if I advance it manually. Could it be broken wires in the door? Other? Ideas welcome! Thanks.

This dishwasher has been working faithfully for many years and is in good condition. Recently the heater stopped working. It seemed to cycle through all the way, but cleaning water was tepid and the dishes were still a bit wet at the end of the cycle, ie no drying. A technician came and said he would replace the thermostats and all would be fine. I did that myself. But it still does not work. Could it possiblty be a timer problem? All connections to the timer look as good as new and tight. Maybe something in there is preventing the heater from working? Ideas please! Thanks, Eli
