One of my burners ignite but the flame is very low compared to what it used to be.Any suggestions?
You will want to pull the knob off and try to adjust the flame using the adjustment screw. If it will not adjust then you have a bad valve and would need to replace the valve.
I have a Thermador propane fired cooktop, model #PCS366. The stem on a standard valve broke off. I ordered part #BSH415500 from you but it doesn't quite fit. The fitting to the gas line has a 3/8in OD and the cooktop takes a 1/2in OD. Any suggestions?
Answer Hello Bob. Based on the model number you provided, 00415500 is the correct valve and should install properly onto the unit. You need to check and make sure the gas line is installed properly onto the valve and nothing has been changed on the cooktop to change the valve.
