Where can I find my model number?

I am looking for the control switch that is located behind the control knob that turns on my griddle. At this moment my control knob seems frozen and will not turn.

Answer Paul, the griddle/grille valve 416220 and knob 414050 has been discontinued with no further replacements or cross references available and our company is unaware of any other available sources. Sorry about that!

I have the above cook op with gs grill, about 15-16 years-old. All burners work fine. The grill does not. A Thermador affilate repair company told me that the gas control valve for the grill was not working and not available. I have talked to other parts dealers and they confirmed the non-availability. I spoke with Tom from your parts hot line and he explored his info and stated that you have it part # AP2832925, manufacturer # 415496. Is this indeed a replacement part for my need? If so, How diffucult is it for me to DIY with moderate skills and most tools? I understand that I can return it within a year if it is not the right thing. I will not have time to install until late July/early August. Thanks, Bill

Answer Hello Bill! If you are needing the control valve that is located behind the control knob for the grill it is part number 413886 and has been discontinued. The safety valve for the unit is part number 415496 and is still available. I would contact the repair company and verify the location of the part needed to verify if it is available.
