Most Interesting

The "valve sequence" is leaking and needs to be replaced. The part no. in the manual is 15-12-569. The new part no. is 00415516(AP2832945). The picture of the part looks correct but when the part no. is crossed referenced with the model no. of the stove top it is incompatible. What to do?

Question about gas inlet valve Part # 415516: Does the surface burner valve have a gas inlet for a 5/16" od aluminum tubing? I bought this valve before and found the gas inlet was just for an 1/4 od tubing. If the valve 415516 is made for 5/16" tubing, I need to order two valves. Thank you for your help. Ben

The cook top has 6 Star Burners two left, two center and two right.. The left two burners each have an individual Simmer Control solenoid which are controlled by one electronic Simmer Control module. When the Left Front, LF, Gas valve is turned to "lite" all igniters spark but the burner does not appear to be getting any gas and consequently no cooking flame. When the Left Rear, LR, Gas valve is turned to "lite" no igniters spark and their isn't any apparent flow of gas. When the other Gas valves are turned to "lite" all igniters, including both left igniters, spark and all other valves work. I am guessing the Simmer Controller is the problem. What do you think?
