Answer Hello Cecil. You need to relocate the drain hose and make it higher than the tub assembly to create an air gap to prevent this from happening.

Answer Hello Jason, Change the water inlet valve 425458 and the issue will be solved. I know, I thought the same thing the first time I had the issue, but the water valve isn't opening far enough to give enough water pressure to not leak. I don't know how to explain it, but this will fix the issue. Don't forget to dry the bottom up and be careful around the flood switch float. I dry the bottom through the opening where the water valve mounts.

Answer Hello Greg. Test for power to the water valve 425458. If there is power there and no water, you will need to replace the water valve. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Dan. Most of the time, the inlet system 263833 will need to be replaced in the unit. Also make sure the water valve is not leaking on the unit as well.
