Our Return Policy
365-Day Hassle Free Return Policy!
Unlike our competitors that only
offer 30 or even 15 days, we offer 365 days to return a part and we make the process
very simple and truly hassle free!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return
for a full refund. While our competitors have strict rules about returning electrical,
gas, or special order parts, we let you return any part you buy from us.
All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original
packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
We'll even pay for return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
Just let us know and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Please
make sure to use the label, as no refunds will be issued for any shipping cost if
you decide not to use our shipping label.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or
packaging.
- You can return any part purchased from us, including electrical, gas, or special order parts.
- Full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding original shipping
charge.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within
72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit
to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that
depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days
after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before
it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please contact
us as soon as possible. Please note, we try our best to provide you with the quickest
service possible. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we will not
be able to cancel it. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return
Policy, as stated above.
