Our Return Policy

You may return most items sold by AppliancePartsPros.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
  • Any electrical or gas item that has been plugged in or installed.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Manuals, books, cleaners, liquids, adhesives, sealants, paint, transmissions, compressors, dryer drums, washer tubs, stove or range tops, thermometers, voltmeters, tape.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, we try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel it. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return Policy, as stated above.
