Our Same Day Shipping Guarantee
We promise to ship your part on time. Order any part with the availability of "In Stock" before 4pm Eastern Time (1pm Pacific Time) and we'll ship it out on the same day it was ordered (business days only, orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will ship on the following business day). If we fail to ship your in-stock part out on time, call us for a coupon, good for one year, worth 20% off your next order.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We understand how critical it may be to get replacement parts to fix your broken appliance. Therefore, we offer expedited as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers, please see below.):

Standard (fast) Arrives in 3 - 5 business days.	$6.95 Flat Fee
Expedited (faster) Arrives in 2 - 3 business days.	$12.95 Flat Fee
Next Day Delivery (overnight) In-stock orders placed before 4pm Eastern Time will be delivered on the next business day. In-stock orders placed after 4pm Eastern Time will be delivered within two business days. Oversize and overweight items do not qualify. Business days are Monday thru Friday.	$35.00 Flat Fee
Economy (regular) Arrives in 5 - 7 business days.	$4.95 Flat Fee

In-stock portion of your order will be shipped as soon as possible from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States (see "Shipping of In-Stock Items" below). Out of stock items will be shipped when they become available (typically within 4-14 days).

Regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your order, you will be charged only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

NOTE - We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

SHIPPING OF IN-STOCK ITEMS

In-stock items are shipped on the same day for orders received before 4pm Eastern Time (1pm Pacific Time). Orders received on a Saturday or a Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders received on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day.

ORDER TRACKING

For your convenience, your order will be followed by two emails. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email along with your order tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours from shipment date for the order tracking information to appear in our Shippers system. You may also track your order by logging in to your account on our site at https://www.AppliancePartsPros.com/account.

Most orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx. Shipping price includes shipping and handling. Prices stated above are for shipping within Continental U.S. only.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Additional shipping and handling charge may be required for oversized and overweight items, such as refrigerator door panels, washer tubs, dryer drums and other extremely large items. In those cases the customer will be contacted and offered the choice of cancelling the order or paying the extra charge. Rest assured, customers will not be charged any additional freight without their authorization.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We currently use United Parcel Service as our primary shipper. It is due to UPS restrictions regarding P.O. Boxes, that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

If you absolutely must use a P.O. Box, please contact us for assistance.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Orders, going to Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via UPS or FedEx for a flat fee of $6.95 (Same as our standard ground).

SHIPPING TO PUERTO RICO

Orders, going to Puerto Rico, are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS for a flat fee of $19.95.

APO/FPO SHIPPING

Although currently APO/FPO shipping is not available through our site, special arrangements can be made. Please contact us by phone or live chat.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

AppliancePartsPros.com does not currently ship internationally.

While AppliancePartsPros.com strives to maintain up to date inventory, if a part is sold out prior to the warehouse pulling your order the part will be placed on backorder.

We reserve the right to change our shipping rates and policies at any time.
