A defective part can be exchanged for a new one within a year of original delivery. If a part you purchased from us is defective, please contact us for further assistance. A defective part cannot be returned for a refund, exchange only.

Customer pays for any and all shipping charges, including shipping charges to send the defective part(s) back to AppliancePartsPros.com, shipping charges to send a replacement part(s) from AppliancePartsPros.com to customer as well as shipping charges from the original order.
