I had two plastic door bins that I broke when cleaning out the refrigerator. I could not find the model number of my fridge and ordered what looked like the correct product. I ordered online on a Tuesday and received the bins on Wednesday! When I took them home they were not correct. I boxed them up and called customer service. With the help of their phone representative we were able to determine the correct model and they shipped my correct parts out that day and I received them the following day! In the meantime they sent me the return authorization for the parts that I had incorrectly ordered. I will definitely keep them in my history for any future repairs. Great customer service!
