My Repair & Advice
The diagnostic chart said it was the Speed Control Board, so I ordered one. It was a little trouble to get out because my washer has only a small removable panel in the back, but it was not too bad. The new one plugged right in and everything works beautifully now. Be careful playing with the old unit, there are two 1 farad capacitors charged to 230 volts. I got quite a spark when I shorted the terminals. Of course that was after curiosity made me pry off the plastic cover to see what was in there, lol.
