Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGSP22GEV1BB
My Repair & Advice
After waiting 20 minutes for my gas range to preheat to 300 degrees, I noticed that the temperature was stuck at 100 and it wasn't even getting warm. I googled my way to AppliancePartsPros.com and found a very helpful troubleshooting guide that informed me that the most likely problem was the bake igniter. I shut off the gas, took apart the stove and observed the bake igniter during the bake cycle, and it wasn't heating up at all.
I was able to quickly order the exact part I needed for my exact range, it arrived in just 2 days, and I had the stove fixed in another half hour. It was very gratifying to hear the "woosh" of the gas igniting again.
