My Repair & Advice
I ordered a new upper rack, including the front Rack Slide End Caps. After watching the video, I removed the old upper rack, which had rusted and corroded. This required removing the old Rack Slide End Caps in order to take the old rack out.
I slid the new upper rack into the dishwasher, then snapped the new Rack Slide End Caps into place. Easy peasy - they snapped right in. No tools needed! My old rack slide end caps probably could have been used, but they were the old style, so I ordered new end caps when I ordered the new upper rack. The new style end caps are much easier to snap into place than the old style.
