My Repair & Advice
After some research and diagnostics, defective shift actuator was my call. from my research, this is a very common problem. Replacing the part was fairly easy and we have run 10 washing loads since without any problem. This part costs about the same for most good return policy places, it can go as much as $10 cheaper if know 100% sure this is what you need. Another parts place has a very good video on how to change this part and is available on the web. I choose AppliancePartsPros because it has the best and most reasonable 2 day shipping price. BTW, the little compatible check app is wrong, it says this part is incompatible with my washer, but I connected Live Support, they confirmed this is the correct part.
