Appliance: KitchenAid Side By Side Refrigerator KSRS25QGAL00
My Repair & Advice
Appliance Parts Pros to the rescue. I got the part on a timely basis, read the instructions, and put it in. I used a nut driver and the existing electrical harness that went to the old one. The part looked slightly different, but I was confident it would would fit and operate the same as the old one (when it was working, that is). Since I'd never replaced this part before, I went slow, which decreased the likelihood that I would make a mistake. The new valve works fine and does not drip at all. This is the second part that I replaced on our refrigerator. The last one was the coil fan (that was easy too). I think our refrigerator is running out of easy parts to replace, by the way.
