Worn down tumbler bearings

My Repair & Advice
After watching the video, I knew I could easily take this on. I misordered only one kit so I contacted support and they set me up with a second order easily enough, and I watched the video twice more while waiting on FedEx to truck two envelopes up. I practiced opening the front of the dryer (we'd stopped using it because it started wearing holes in clothes in the gap caused by the bearing failure), to discover a minor issue with the video -- there was no mention of the two screws connecting the front of the outside panel from the front bulkhead and vent. No worries -- it was easily removed. Then, I found two wires connecting the bulkhead to something else that weren't mentioned either, but I left them attached and just worked carefully as I drilled out the bearings, replaced them, riveted in the new ones and reversed the disassembly to put it all back together properly. Now I have a quiet and happy drier and a very happy wife.
