My Repair & Advice
Opened top and found out, the belt was broken. Further check shows motor runs, ok to proceed when the new belt comes in. When belt comes in, only 3 things to do: (1) secure the belt around the cylinder, (2) hold the cylinder a little off from the roller guides, so that you can manipulate the belt to go 1 round over the idler and run its way over the pulley so that the belt now is completely around the cylinder. (3) hold the cylinder and with your body weight, press the cylinder against the guide and rollers and replace the front panel. Without putting back the top panel, check dryer spinning smoothly. Fixing took some 30 minutes.
