Appliance: Model WHIRLPOOL CABRIO WTW5600XW0 My Repair & Advice

Appliance Pros sent me the Tech Sheet for my washer and model number. That was critical for my success. The Tech Sheet gives step-by-step instructions for diagnosing problem and root cause. Determined the actuator shifter was the problem (apparently the internal optical sensor on the shifter assembly) and sensing of RPM and spin cycle could not be done. Replacement of the shifter was very easy and it actually took more time just to diagnose the problem.
