Ice Maker wasn't making ice

Appliance: Model 106.56703500 My Repair & Advice

First replaced water inlet valve, but still no water was going into Ice Maker, so I ordered the complete Ice maker and changed it out. Works like a "champ", just mad at myself for not fixing it 2 years ago when it first stopped working. Figured I wouldn't have ice, unless I filled trays the old fashioned way! I definitely didn't want to spend money on a repairman plus parts. The videos on your site made the repair simple- I even fixed my washing machine that occasionally needed a push to get it to spin out- Another super easy fix! Watched the video, replaced the clutch and saved myself the cost of replacing the whole Washing Machine. Makes you think of how many appliances get thrown out that could easily be fixed for a few bucks.....
