GE Refrigerator GTS22WCPBRWW: Ice maker not making ice on my ge refrigerator. How to replace Valve and Tube Asm.

Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator GTS22WCPBRWW My Repair & Advice

I removed Water valve at bottom of refrigerator and replaced with new one. I did not buy tube assembly. I then tried to run ice maker. This did not make Ice. I used hair dryer to melt Ice stuck behind Ice maker. I knew that Ice is stuck in the tube dispensing water, to Ice maker. I opened two screws on back of refrigerator connecting tube ice maker. I could take out that white tube which drops water into Ice maker. I saw Ice about one inch long in this water dispense tube. I removed this ice and then put it back. It worked. Now I have Ice. I am still running the ice maker and waiting if ice is not formed and it does not block the dispensing spout. Valve I bought definitely helped. Thanks. Rasik
