Initially, I had to take machine apart due to Tenant putting in too heavy a load and drum came loose from bottom struts and lost one top spring.

Appliance: LG Washer WM2010CW My Repair & Advice

I have a LG model WM2010CW washer front loader. I pulled off the top to see why door rubber was twisted. Noticed right away, one top spring had come off, and tub had rocked loose from bottom struts. After putting everthing back in place, and visually inspected all parts, I noticed one of the solenoids, on the water inlet valve assy, was leaking. So I ordered the part online, P/N 5221ER1003A, a very simple process. I removed the old water inlet valve assy, by removing the three rubber hoses, (mark hoses for correct replacement) and pulling off the three power leads attached to the solenoids, ( mark leads to replace on correct solenoid) and removed the two screws holding valve assy to machine, then replaced.
