My Repair & Advice

Being a novice I went on line and watched several videos, including a very good one on the Appliance Parts Pros website, regarding how to determine what was wrong with the dryer and how to fix same. I learned the safe way to get into the workings of the dryer and then how to determine which parts were faulty. I learned I had to test each part with a voltage meter so again I went on line to learn how to use a voltage meter. A buddy loaned me his voltage meter and doing my best and with a little bit of luck I tested each part as described on the Appliance Parts Pros website. I determined it was the dyer thermal cut off switch which means two parts had to be replaced. I ordered the two part replacement and was pleasantly surprised when the parts arrived in 2 days. We had used your site before for another part for our dishwasher and again were surprised when you delivered that part in 2 days even tho we choose the cheapest way to ship the product.
