Appliance: Model SM-8525147-A My Repair & Advice

I found the problem by tearing apart the washer to find the coupling plastic part was broke apart and had to be replaced. I called a few washer parts stores to find out they wanted to repair the washer and would not sale me the part. I found AppliancePartsPros.com and watch your video on replacing the coupling. I thought I would order the part and this was Friday and thought I would not till Tuesday. THE NEXT DAY the part was delivered and with the help of the provided video I had the part changed and the washer working. I was very pleased to find this company and told all of our neighbors. I found it very easy to fix my washer and now all of my neighbors know that I am their appliance repair person. I had never worked on a washer before, but with AppliancePartsPros.com I will be doing all of my own repairs saving me tons of cash. THANK YOU, Dennis Burns
