My Repair & Advice
I got the news the washer agitation cycle wasn't working. I looked at the back motor area and could see the broken part. I googled the washer part number and found a repair video that showed how to do it myself. Tore into it and was totally confident I was able to do it. Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. I got the part the NEXT DAY with the regular shipping. The total job done in a two day period. With minimum labor time. Now that I have done it once I would say (if I had the part) I could do the fix in 30 minutes. Thanks to the Repair Video I saved a bunch of money and got some strokes.
