Frigidaire Dryer FSE747GES0: Worn/cracked drum drive belt. How to replace Belt.

Michael B. • Tenino, WA • May 09, 2014
Appliance: Frigidaire FRG(V0) / Electric Dryer FSE747GES0 My Repair & Advice

Removed the dryer top, then removed the front panel, and then removed the access panel on the rear. The belt was then easy to remove, and easy to install the new one. Vacuumed out the whole interior, there was a 15 year accumulation of dust and fuzz. Reassembled all of the panels and tested. Perfect! Watch out for sharp sheet metal edges though, I'm still wearing bandages. Should have worn gloves.
