In order to access the dispenser lever 241685704, you will need to remove the trim around dispenser area. Based on the model number it shows you having trim on either side of door. You will need to remove the trim. The trim piece around dispenser will just pop off by pulling out on it or using flat blade screwdriver to pop loose. Once you remove trim you take the screws holding dispenser assembly and the you are able to pull assembly out to replace the lever.
The water dispenser actuator is broken. Please instruct how to open the front panel to remove the old part and install the new one. The actuator part number is 241685704.

Answer Hello BP. Remove the dispenser tray from the dispenser and remove the two screws under the tray securing the cover. Lift off the cover and unplug the wire going to the control board. Now you can remove the screws and the housing to replace the actuator 241685704 in the unit. Hope this helps.
