Answer Shelly, It sounds like you may be referring to the hub 134418700 which has splines that the agitator sits on.

Answer Hello Mark. Once you lift the agitator upward, you will pull the top toward you, and grasp the bottom of the agitator. Then you will pull the agitator out of the hole. These are tight, but can be removed from the unit.

Answer Hi Andy. Yes the nut is either size 1/2" or a 5/8 long socket is needed with a long 3/8" extension. Then the agitator part # 3204401 should pull up and off. Thank you.

Answer Hello Sandy. You will need to check and see if there is water leaking inside the unit. If not, it could just be air trapped under the agitator 3204401 and it will be fine.

Answer Hello Tazzer1370. It sounds like the trunnion and the plate 137107000 is not installed properly, and the tub assembly is loose. Feel of the inner basket. If it feels loose, you will need to check and make sure you installed the parts correctly. Hope this helps.
