Answer Hello Edmond, Yes it does sound like the bearing 131777700 that is bad. The reason it would stop grinding when it gets to temp is because of expansion of the metal allowing the bearing to roll a little more free than when it first starts.

Answer Hello Kit, This is either a rear bearing 5303281153 or an idler pulley 131863100 in need of replacement.

Answer Hello William. The bearing 131777700 is mounted to the back of the drum. It does not need to be removed to replace the heater 131475320. When you lift up on the drum and remove the drum from the cabinet, the bearing is attached to the back of the drum. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello James! On this model there are no rollers/shafts. The drum is driven by the drum glides and the belt. If you are needing a complete rear bearing assembly you may use 5303281153. Thanks.
