No ice cubes in tray. Have replaced water valve. Could internal water line be frozen and if so how do I find and fix it?
If there were a clog in the line it would be in the fill tube. To check this you will need to pull the icemaker out of the unit and look with a flashlight into the tube sticking out of the wall. If clogged with ice you will need to clear using a screwdriver to chip it out or hot water using a squirt type bottle. If it is not clogged then the issue would be a faulty icemaker.
My ice maker is not working properly it is not making any crush ice. What parts do I need?
You will want to check the crush/cube solenoid to make sure that it is not stuck in the up position and to make sure that it is not defective. To do this you will need to pull the ice bin out and look at the square hole and make sure that the shaft is in the down position. If not then pull the housing out and check to make sure that the solenoid is not burnt out or broken.
