When you push the start cycle the unit starts filling and seems to complete that cycle then the pump kicks off and it doesnt go to the next cycle.
You will want to check the tech sheet and put the unit into a diagnostic mode and see if there is a error code showing up. If there is a error code that is showing then follow the steps that show what to check. It may be that the door switch being bad or could be an issue with the unit not draining or taking too long of a drain.
Water does not get in, I dont have power to inlet valve but buttons fash when I press start.
Answer Hello Lucy. It sounds like the door switch is bad or the control panel needs to be replaced. If the switches are good, then replace the panel 154577303 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
