After power outage, oven comes on but does not get up to temp, and broiler does not work, checked broiler element resistance was ok.
sensor checked good, everything else works good.
Thanks for any support.
You will want to check the thermal fuse on the unit to make sure that the element is not blown. You can also turn the unit on broil and check the control board across L1 to broil. If there is 240 vac then replace the control.
I Have a Kenmore electric range that beeps and shows F10 on display. What is problem and what should I expect to pay to get this fixed?
Answer Hello Brent. Usually the code F10 is for runaway temp. If you locate the tech sheet on the unit, it will give you the error codes for the unit. If it is runaway temp, you will need to order and replace the oven sensor in the unit.
