Electrician mistakely placed 110 volts on neutral wire during install. Nothing out of oven now. Would the relay/power pcb be only problem due to all the relays and ic chips, or might I have numerous problems, help please!!!!!!!!

I have a Kenmore Dual Wall Oven (790.47873405). The upper oven’s broil element is on the whole time the oven is on causing a thermal run away situation & F10 error. I check the oven sensor & it measured ok. My problem is that I’m not sure if the Control Board (316443820) or the Relay Board (316443913) causing this. I was leaning towards the Relay Board because I’m thinking that a relay is shorted causing the broil element to stay on, but I’m 100% sure. I’m aware of your return policy, but I need this fixed ASAP do to the holidays, so I want to get the right board the 1st time. Thanks Brian
