Touch panel will not activate the machine. When you touch wash and start nothing happens. light comes on high heat. Is this a panel problem or what could it be.

You will want to check the connections of the control board to ensure that you have tight fit on the ribbon cable. Also you will want to check your heater to make sure that it is not faulty. If this checks ok then you would need to replace the control panel.
