The SY CE is a communication error between the main control board 5303918498 and the dispenser board 241973702. You will want to check connections to make sure that they are good. In most cases the failure is in the main control board but may be necessary to change out both.

Answer Hi Guillermo. You may have 2 issues. There is a temperature thermistor part # 240597203. It senses cabinet temperatures and talks to the main control board. In turn, it allows the damper control to open accordingly enough to allow the temperatures to remain normal in the fridge cabinet. Damper part # 241853801. If it is all the way open, you can disconnect it electrically and adjust the damper to stay open at a 50 % rate until you get the new one. Thank You.
